Building Solar China – The Mission

With great pleasure we are welcoming you to this second edition of Building Solar China (BSC) at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. We look forward to this event, which we consider to be a most inspiring platform for integrated and smart technology solutions and applications for solar buildings in Asia and beyond.

BSC provides a comprehensive platform specifically focusing on the latest trends and applications for smart solar building solutions and promoting solar energy technologies to support China’s booming building and construction activities. To unleash the potential in China’s solar building market will be a rewarding task. With this event, together we are paving the way by forming a network gathering scientists, industry experts, politicians and investors with specialists and decision makers from the building sector to support the exchange of knowhow and innovative concepts. Attendance at this two-day Conference will be inspiring for all professionals interested in the benefits to merge design and operational experiences in the solar building arena from Europe, Asia and beyond with new business opportunities, resulting from China’s strategic support for solar projects within the 12th 5-year plan.

We are particularly pleased about the cooperation with our strategic partner Messe Frankfurt who has also established the two hosting events: the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) and Guangzhou Electrical Building Technology (GEBT). Just as these events complement each other, this partnership with Messe Frankfurt provides an ideal scope for synergies expanding into solar building technologies and applications.
