It is with great pleasure to inform you that the Building Solar China (Guangzhou) Conference registration is open! Meet and exchange with solar building experts from around the globe. Benefit from lower registration fees and register until 30 April 2013:

Important Information to ensure a fast and smooth registration:

• Please submit one form per delegate.
• Please make sure to write legible.
• Fax/e-mail registrations will be confirmed by means of the Conference accreditation & invoice, which will be sent to you per mail upon receipt of the registration fee. Please note that this will take several days.
• To enable queries, do not forget to quote your phone and fax numbers and your e-mail address.
• Please be aware that Registration Forms with incomplete address will not be accepted.
• We kindly ask you to check your personal data carefully before submitting your registration, as they will appear on your invoice.
• If your billing address differs from your registration address, please indicate on the registration form.
• Please make sure to indicate the official legal form of your organisation, as this is imperative for invoicing.
• An administrative fee of RMB 100 will be charged for all changes needed on yet created invoices before 1 June 2013. No name changes can be accepted for administrative reasons after this date.
